You can get three kills per Fowl Foot if you don't grab white dots. You're far enough in the game to have the Silver Scarab for discovery. This is a completely safe route, so you can respec to 99 Arcane with no risk. You only have to walk around two flowers, so it is very safe. Go up the branch, drop down to where the Scarab is, and up to the place you killed the Envoy to collect your item. If you're like me you'll check every white dot anyway just in case. If it is purple, it will be the Greathorn. If the dot is white, it will be a Strip of White Flesh and should be ignored. Run a bit up the branch until you can see if it dropped anything. Because its animation goes down to doot, it won't be able to hit you if you get a good spot. You will be able to see the Great Oracular Envoy's head, and hit it with arrows. Climb the ladder upwards, kill the two flowers directly in front of you, and turn around. That said, I have a farm method with nearly zero risk. The two reasons this is such an obnoxious item to get compared to any other is that the Envoys are quite dangerous, and they take a fair few hits to kill. With 99 arcane, silver scarab and silver pickled fowl leg, I got it in less than half an hour. You can even safely pop a silver pickled fowl thingie from this spot as he cannot hit you. While I recommend just going back go grace after he is dead, if you're feeling courageous there is another giant to your right but be wary as he is protected by goons, so imo not really worth the hassle. Then stay on the junction of the branch you're on and the branch the giant is on, and it'll spam volley into the ground whithout moving, allowing for an easy kill, especially if you use the Envoy longhorn as to shoot over the branch protecting you. Jump off, be wary because a 3rd volley is coming and they tend to weasel between the branches so be ready to dodge or tank a hit or two, afterward simply sprint unto the branch that go toward the giant and youll be safe. I found a way to farm it that is reasonably effective from Haligtree town, go up the ladder and sprint to the first area on the branch that doesnt have rot sprouts, by then the first volley from the Envoy will be almost in so simply dodge into them to make short work of it, then sprint to the area near the 2 mushrooms you need to jump off from and dodge the 2nd volley in similar fashion.
